Orders: When ordering please provide the production date, make and model of your vehicle and special request during checkout in the "Vehicle Infomation / Special Request" area to ensure correct ordering. If you are unsure about your ordering needs, it is best to inquire first. We would like to avoid time consuming, costly refunds, returns and exchanges.

Shipping: We use USPS, FedEx and UPS. We will usually ship within 1 to 5 business days after receiving cleared payment.

International Shipping: Please contact parts@ihautoparts.com for international shipping.

Local Pick Up: The address provided is our office location only. If local in San Diego County, customers may pick up orders, but must schedule an appointment first.

Warranty and Returns: Parts are guaranteed for a period of 90 days from the date the merchandise is received by the customer, against defects in material and workmanship by the original equipment manufacture for a replacement only. No returns on Electrical, used and special ordered parts. All parts must be authorized for return before hand and in the same condition as when sold to the customer. All returns are subject to a 20 percent handling charge and buyer pays all shipping unless there is a discrepancy on our behalf with the order.

The customer must contact us for returns, refunds or exchanges within 30 days from the date the merchandise is received by the customer if not satisfied with anything purchased from www.ihautoparts.com, so that we may come to a satisfactory resolution. Please review our return and refund policies before placing orders. We will work with our customers.
