You may copy and paste onto an email or our inquiry form provided on the contact page. Please include the part description, part number and price from our parts index. If you can not find or do not know the parts you are looking for, just do the best you can to describe what you need.
Parts are guaranteed for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship by the original equipment manufacture for a replacement only. No returns on Electrical, used and special ordered parts. All parts must be authorized for return before hand and in the same condition as when sold to the customer. All returns are subject to a 15% rehandling charge. Buyer pays all shipping unless there is a discrepancy on our behalf.
All our parts are inspected and or tested for quality.
The customer is responsible giving us the correct information on the vehicle and for ordering the correct parts. If we are responsible for a discrepancy on an order, the customer may contact us for returns or refunds within 30 days from the invoice date. Customer may also contact us if not satisfied with anything purchased from IHAutoParts.com that we may come to a satisfactory resolution.
